Firm's History

For nearly 25 years the firm has been providing accounting, management and tax solutions for individuals, small and medium sized businesses. Our management staff has over 50 years of experience within the profession and has attracted a diverse client base that includes professionals, manufacturing and service companies together with clients who have extensive international exposure.

Our Team

Gillian Lord Breakspeare, CPA, CFST

Gillian Breakspeare has over 20 years of experience in the areas of international and domestic taxation. Prior to establishing her firm in 1990, she had attained the position of Vice President of Finance for a group of companies in the communications industry. Ms. Breakspeare’s diverse background and extensive experience in the local and international business arena enables her to counsel her clients with real life solutions.

Ms. Breakspeare is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Doral & Airport West Chamber of Commerce.

Stephen P. Callaghan, FCA JP

Management Consultant

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant in both the UK and Jamaica with over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing and management. He managed a regional office for Deloitte & Touche, and later became involved in management and consulting for major corporate entities mainly in the Caribbean. Mr. Callaghan has a wealth of experience in dealing with international and local business. He has a commonsense approach to the decision making process and the implementation of viable and cost effective solutions.

Jenny Borrero

Senior Staff Accountant

Jenny Borrero is a Certified Public Accountant in Colombia with over ten years of extensive experience in accounting. Ms. Borrero graduated from Universidad Santiago de Cali with a degree in Accounting and has expertise primarily in the areas of small business management, private accounting and payroll. She is currently enrolled in the Master in Accounting and Financial Management program at Keller Graduate School of Management and looks forward to getting her license here in the United States.
